FREE Delivery to UK

We offer free UK delivery on all our orders. Our standard delivery is 7-14 days from the date of dispatch. Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. As we work with several different suppliers, orders with multiple items may arrive in different parcels and at different times. 

Coronavirus update

On occasion, we have experienced minor delays to delivery due to the pandemic. If your order has not been received after 14 days, please check your tracking information for details of your estimated delivery times. Refund policy

Cancellations amendments

If you have ordered by mistake or would like to amend your order, please do so within an hour of making your order. After this time period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, and we will have to process the order as a refund once you have received your item (please see refund details below). To cancel or amend your order, please contact us here and quote your order number in the subject line. 

Refunds and returns 

Our return policy is 30 days from the date that you received your order. If you would like to return your item, please contact us here quoting your order number in the subject line. Please note, customers are required to pay the cost of postage for returning the item back to us, unless the item is damaged. Items must be returned unused and in the condition that you received them in, along with the original packaging.

Once we have received the returned items and confirmed that they haven't been used, we will then process your refund. Please note - it can take up to 5 days for refunds to be processed and payments can take up to 14 days to clear.  

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when you return the items and we also recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. 


If you need to exchange an item, please contact us here stating your order number and reason for exchange. Please note, customers are responsible for organising and paying for shipping costs for returning and exchanging items.
